It was a very good season, it just wasn't equal to what Maye did this year.I think he did well considering he was a rookie. Let's not cloud our judgement based on last 2 years .
Stroud rookie season
Passing Yards: 4,108 (3rd most by a rookie in NFL history).
Touchdowns/Interceptions: 23 TDs, 5 INTs (1.0 INT percentage, the lowest by a rookie since 1946).
Passer Rating: 100.8 (3rd best by a rookie in NFL history).
Record-Setting Performance: Started his career with 192 consecutive pass attempts without an interception.
Key Game: Threw for 470 yards and 5 touchdowns in Week 9 vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Playoffs: Led the team to a Wild Card victory, becoming the youngest starting quarterback to win a playoff game.
63.9 percent completion to 72 percent.
23 TDs vs 31 TDs.
100.8 passer rating vs 113.5
58.3 QBR rating vs 77.1
Good season, no doubt, but not that close to what Maye did this year.
