That might be what I am missing, I only know him as an outsider and not as a minion living in the kingdom.

Fan bases are not always the best source of info. We tend to be to invested to make good analysis/decisions.

Have you seen Allen's playoff stats?
13 games played
3359 passing yds
25 tds / 4 ints
668 rushing yards, 7 tds.

Those should be the numbers of a SB winner, but McD has prevented.
He's supposed to be a defensive guru and their D has been a problem for awhile.
Who the **** calls a D that has Kelce running wide open down the seem with 13 seconds left?

If Buff had a good coach, Allen and the Bills would have a SB, of that I am sure.

I look at NFLTRADERUMORS EVERY day(probably 4x a day), lotsa this stuff and fines are on there. I saw it earlier.

A good coach takes underwhelming players and he wins with them. That defense is patchwork, and yet they hold teams from running roughshod on their lack of talent. The defense actually reminds me of some of the Patriots defenses when no-name guys filled in and did a decent job. They are also bend but don't break.

If they want to replace the OC fine... but the team has very little talent on it.

McDermott is also the only person who has outcoached Mike Vrabel this year.

Tommy I luv Maye as much as anyone, but we can't put him above Allen yet (at least I won't).
Maye has been better this year, but you need a little more than that to take the crown away Josh.
If Maye goes on a playoff run, or outperforms Allen again next year than it's a different conversation.
