Also, I called that people would figure out the Rams 3-TE set. I did not think it would be the Falcons that did it, but here we are.He certainly is,
Being down 21 LA is going to have to throw the ball on almost every play.
So Stafford will either put up huge numbers, or continue to turn the ball over.
Just adds an extra layer to root for and enjoy. In the ultimate team sport, I don't understand why this seems so important to people. The stadium "MVP" chanting is silly, IMO. If Maye gets it, fine. If he doesn't, probably better for all concerned.
Fair, The biggest reason that I would lean Johnson is because imo the Bears were even a bigger dumpster fire and he is a 1st time head coach.
People have talked up the weapon difference but not nearly enough the OL difference. Stafford has been behind a top 5 OL all year... and it wasn't cause he was getting the ball out super fast... he wasn't slow getting it out, but he hasn't had to buy time as his first option has been open so much and when he needs to hold the ball he hasn't needed to move as much in the pocket to make it happen.Rams missing OLinemen and Stafford is struggling.
Pats missing OLinemen and Maye is still dealing.
The choice is clear.

I feel like everyone knew Vrabel was a good coach, but Ben Johnson was an unknown. Honestly there is a good argument for both and Cohen in Jacksonville could also be argued.I don't about regular season individual awards, never have.
I can see why players and teammates would tho, ultimately if your guy wins MVP that says a lot about the TEAM.
MVP is up for grabs, but agree Stafford is the fav.
I don't see how Ben Johnson is more deserving than Vrabs.
From 4 wins to best record in the NFL, with less of a roster than Chi.
Chi was a bigger dumpster fire than us last year?Fair, The biggest reason that I would lean Johnson is because imo the Bears were even a bigger dumpster fire and he is a 1st time head coach.
Why would it be better for him not to receive recognition?
Classic over reaction to instant fan reaction. But right now this very second... Assume the Rams do lose this game.... I think Maye has a super slight edge. Stafford will probably end on 42-44 TDs on the year total. That will be a strong case, though i have always said TDs alone are overrated as a stat. But people put too much stock in who actually punches the ball in sometimes as opposed to the offense as a whole.
