It's easy, and only takes a few moments. The other WRs block just as well.NGL I was concerned but now that it has been proclaimed Boutte (out) and Douglas (questionable) will make up for Hollins absence we have nothing to fear. Blocking you say? Not to worry they have a couple of weeks to learn to block effectively in traffic in spite of being nowhere near Hollins size, not a problem. To think I was actually concerned the Pats might miss their best blocking and number 2 volume receiver, what was I thinking?
This is a huge injury. He is Maye's security blanket. We need to replace 3 catches for 37 yards by having someone else (Diggs, Williams, Boutte or Douglas) play those snaps
Huh?I said target
The inability to run the ball has made hollins a huge part of this offense. Think of how many times Maye targets hollins on third and long. This is a crippling injury
Terrible news. He's a huge favorite of Maye on third downs and long situations. They're pretty ****ed. Unless they can magically be able to run the ball effectively I don't see them making much playoff noise without hollins.
I wouldn't go as far as saying they are ****ed. Hollins definitely grew on me. He's been a great veteran for Drake and leader. Other guys have to step up and i believe they will.Terrible news. He's a huge favorite of Maye on third downs and long situations. They're pretty ****ed. That's misleading. We need to replace 3 catches for 37 yards by having someone else (Diggs, Williams, Boutte or Douglas) play those snaps
Hollins is 6 - 4 with great hands. Not a afraid to block. This is a huge injury. He is Maye's security blanket.
That is not true. People here think he must be a good blocker because why else would he be on the field. But if you actually watch him block hes no more effective that’s the other WRs.That is simply not true. Mack Hollins is widely held to be among the best blocking WR's in the game today. The Pats other WR's aren't even built to do it never mind anywhere near as capable. You post a lot of stuff I don't take exception to simply because I'm not willing to help give you your argument fix but that is straight up BS.
That's 1, you have one more to get out of me before you declare victory
And an aside from 1 game he average 39 in his last 7.That's misleading.
He got off to a very slow start.
He averaged 54 yards a game over the last 9.
If you watch the games instead of just blindly stating other WRs will be better you should know that is not true. And an aside from 1 game he average 39 in his last 7.
We won’t be playing with 10. Someone will be in his spot getting those opportunities and ultimately they are a better receiver than he is.
Everything I say is based upon watching the games. I’m not saying he can’t make a play, I’m saying the guys who will take his place are better receivers. Not being 6’4” doesn’t make you a worse receiver. If you watch the games instead of just blindly stating other WRs will be better you should know that is not true.
Who is coming in and catching balls over the middle that are 7.5 feet in the air. I will tell you who, no one.
Because some people hate joy.You declared the Patriots' season over after the game in Cincinnati. Why do you insist on trolling the team's fans?
The impact is expressed in production. The production will be replaced by whoever takes his place.Eye test > stats when it comes to Hollins. If you watch the games his impact is undeniable.
They’re not happy until you’re not happy.Because some people hate joy.
