I watched him a lot in Atlanta to see whether it was a mistake trading him and he was awful there. The Miami game where Drake ran right passed him this season was sad. He was an outstanding signing in 2021, but it's time for him to retire.

That wasn't a priority for THIS year though.
For next year, absolutely. And many people have been saying that. Another replacement-level corner (who is what you could have gotten this offseason) would have made no difference on Sunday.

I disagreed before the season and I still do. We had enough money to have better the Austin or Woods available when one of our corners were injured. Yes, we should have spent some of our cap. Our starting 4 from last year were ALL coming back from injuries. Counting on Austin or Bolden seemed very wrong then, after the last cut, and at the trade deadline.

No difference on Sunday? IMO, even a little help might have made the difference. How did you like the play of the secondary when Woods was out there? How did you like it when Davis was playing hurt? Would it really have made NO difference if we had a veteran backup to come when Davis was injured? Really? Maybe? Maybe not.

Jones played hurt the entire second half, kid gutted it out, you can see in the GDT where I mentioned he hurt himself.

Good thing we are playing the Ravens: other than Zay Flowers their pass Offense have been Meh. We just need to Cover their TE's better...Hello over drafted Marte Mapu!!

Yes don't think he ever fit in there.. not many LBs can catch Drake who showed that speed blocking for hendo.. he was awesome when he signed here.. but age, and injury are bad mixes for a NFL LB..

There is a very strong chance Harbaugh and Jackson have not had a conversation longer than 15 seconds since they tried to **** around with his contract a couple years ago.

This week is better than a hat and t-shirt game in that respect. We can get Harbaugh fired.
