Rivers threw for more yards in his last season than Cam did in his last 3 combined.Apparently Cam Newton is pissed that the Colts didn’t call him…

Rivers played the 08 AFC championship game on a torn ACL and torn meniscus while Newtown didn't dive for a fumble in the Super Bowl. I know which one I'm calling.....Apparently Cam Newton is pissed that the Colts didn’t call him…

Cam is washed why would he get a call?Apparently Cam Newton is pissed that the Colts didn’t call him…

Actually, the real answer is easy. The reason it was Rivers that was called is that he is a close personal friend of the Colt HC, who in intimately knowledgeable in Shikens offense. They speak weekly about football. Meanwhile Cam has been wearing bad hats and throwing around hot takes with SAS and seeing who can yell the loudestCam is washed why would he get a call?
That's one of the first things that comes to mind when I think of RiversRivers played the 08 AFC championship game on a torn ACL and torn meniscus while Newtown didn't dive for a fumble in the Super Bowl. I know which one I'm calling.....
With all those kids around and him being retired, he probably just wanted a chance to get out of the house for a while! That's one of the first things that comes to mind when I think of Rivers
I've played with a torn ACL as well and while you've got forward and backward stability you're one play away from a Joe Theisman injury with no lateral strength. To man up and play with a torn ACL gets my instant respect.
He's a gamer for sure - I was always pulling for him when he wasn't playing the Pats
Frankly I always thought the Chargers got the better QB in the draft day trade with Eli Manning
I'll be rooting for him - though he doesn't look to be in game shape. In fact the dude has more chins than a Hong Kong phone book.
Whenever his case for the HOF comes up, they need to show all the voters a clip of that play before getting in to any discussions. Not that he deserves a spot in the first place.Rivers played the 08 AFC championship game on a torn ACL and torn meniscus while Newtown didn't dive for a fumble in the Super Bowl. The (relative) peace and quiet of a football stadium! With all those kids around and him being retired, he probably just wanted a chance to get out of the house for a while!
And bookend that with Don Beebe chasing down Leon Lett and forcing fumble late in the 4th quarter of a super Bowl, down 35 points!!!!!Whenever his case for the HOF comes up, they need to show all the voters a clip of that play before getting in to any discussions. Not that he deserves a spot in the first place.
Rivers isn't? Guy is washed toast.Cam is washed why would he get a call?
I mean he hasn't played in 5 years, but when he did play he could at least still throw using his shoulder.Rivers isn't? Guy is washed toast.
Taking a break from procreating?
Rumor has it he pulled out mid-doggy style to sign the deal.
I have 3 older brothers. I’m the youngest and my oldest brother is 10 years older than me. Catholic family. One day our pipes were clogged and my parents called a plumber. After the plumber left my Mom called me and my brothers to the living room. My Mom tells us what clogged the pipes was a condom, and asks who’s responsible. I was 10 years old at the time thinking why the hell am I in the lineup?I hear that. My brothers and I went at it to the detriment of the furniture and each other, we were a handful. The local ER made out even better from it than the furniture store. The most memorable (not most expensive) furniture incident involved me breaking a dining room chair over my oldest brother's head/shoulder. It was a "Go to your room and wait until your father gets home" moment. I thought I was surely going to die for it. Heard him come through the door get the details and respond with a heavy sigh and "Well honey if you put yourself in his place he was giving up at least 40 pounds and almost a foot." At that moment, when I realized I would live to fight another day, I was very thankful my Dad was one of three boys himself.
Somehow we raised our 5 without them sending each other to an ER, plenty of ER trips for other things but not brawls
