After the 5 minute mark of the 2nd quarter, they had 3 first downs, screwed up the end of the half, and screwed up multiple other times in basic game management.

These are the teams you want to see in the playoffs.

Have you watched the Chiefs this year. Part of the reason I would rather have the Chiefs in the playoffs is have been the anti-Chiefs this year.

It's real simple. I enjoy seeing the Chiefs fail miserably. Not as much as the Pats succeeeding but it's not far off.

Brady's worst seasons were 10-6 and a divisional round loss in 2005, 10-6 and a wild card loss in 2009, and then an 8-9 DIVISION WINNING season at the age of 45.

Mahomes is about to miss the playoffs, and possibly with a losing record, at the age of 30 lol
9-7 in 2002

Let me be clear, I would have been fine playing either one of these teams.

I'd rather play Houston, a team that is incapable of scoring on its own, and mismanages the clock, and is an indoor team - than KC, a team that can kinda score sometimes (usually not), and mismanages the clock, and is an outdoor team.

Didn't Andy Reid say this week indirectly that the Chiefs would win out ?
Houston probably heard that .

This is about legacy. I want Mahomes' legacy to take a hit vs Brady. Simple as that.

If this is about legacy, I am more interested in Maye building his legacy by winning a Super Bowl in his second year. I don’t really care about Mahomes’ legacy.

Brady is the GOAT. I don’t care if other people say Mahomes is.

If Mahomes has a second dynasty run and wins three more Super Bowls in the future, this year will be irrelevant to his legacy.

The Chiefs would be one and done in the playoffs. I want the Pats to win the Super Bowl. The Chiefs missing the playoffs is not a Super Bowl win.

I want the Pats to get the bye and not have to play a playoff game in Denver.
Broncos still have to play the Packers, The Jags, and KC. We don't. I'm fine with KC losing.

It’s too bad the Bildos won today. I’d love to see both them and the Chiefs go down for a clear changing of the AFC power centers.

I miss the Manning face but the Kelce face is a good substitute LOL.

This assumes the Chargers beat the Eagles tomorrow night. The Chiefs lose tiebreakers vs the Chargers, Bills, Texans, Jags… Only 4 games left and effectively 3 games behind. They still have to play the Chargers and the Broncos again. They are toast.

I would still rather face this year’s Chiefs.

And the 2007 Giants should remind you a team with a strong defense and not much of an offense can go on a hot streak and beat even a historic offense and team.

If the Bills lost today we'd have an entire week of "The Bills are the DESPERATE TEAM who NEED A WIN to make the playoffs so WATCH OUT."

So I'm glad that they won and are hopefully fat and happy.

LAC just has to not choke. KC is not finishing ahead of BUF or HOU

If the Giants had only gone on that 2007 run I'd maybe agree. But that 2011 run, where Eli basically willed the Giants to wins against the 1 seed Packers, 2 seed 49ers, and 1 seed Pats proved Eli was actually elite in the big games.

Stroud is not Eli.

KC isn’t that hard to beat especially in Denver. They already beat KC in Arrowhead.

The Pats still have the Bills and Ravens. If Lamar Jackson gets healthy in the next two weeks, the Pats could lose both those games. Then the Broncos would have to lose three games for the Pats to get homefield.
