Sounds like some internal communications and lines of responsibility weren’t working very well. Hopefully those problems were addressed in addition to building a new upgraded facility. In a high functioning org there usually is an internal employee survey. Has been in most places I’ve worked. So they shouldn’t need the NFLPA survey, they should be out in front of it. But those are often clearly designed by HR for management concerns not employee satisfaction and well being. Getting player and staff inputs would be useful but I doubt that’s done. Might be a learning opportunity here for a truly outstanding team. Maybe Jonathan could take it on? lol.One of the reasons? RKK said he was unaware of it which means it embarrassed him so much he could not admit it. The survey, no doubt, shamed RKK into fixing stuff.
