Not an absolute need, but if the value is there. I'm intrigued by 5'9" 228# Jonah Coleman from Washington.
Hoping to get a glimpse of him vs. Ohio St.
No worries, I was joking. It wasn't intended to be harsh at all, apologies if it came across that way. The "at this point" was intended to convey that things have changed since the OP. Still have high hopes for Henderson, but a complementary back would not be an awful use of resources.
I think Price would be RB 1 on any team that doesn't have Love. FWIW, I also think Love is better than Jeanty, at least as an all-round back.Justice Haynes is my #2 RB, slightly ahead of Jonah Coleman. I think both will go higher than I would address RB.
Need to watch Price.
RB1 to Henderson's RB 2. He's better running inside than Henderson. Tomorrow night could be a big game for Henderson as he's likely to be RB 1 hopefully.No. 2 on the Depth Chart? Notre Dame’s Jadarian Price ‘Plays Second Fiddle’ to No Man
In five games, Jadarian Price has played 100 fewer snaps than fellow Fighting Irish running back Jeremiyah Love, but he knew that'd be the case when he rebuffed offers from other college programs without seriously considering them. Price has maximized his opportunities this fall, scoring nine...247sports.com
Intriguing.
How do you think he would complement Henderson?
Would he have to serve? I’m not sure what the rules are for Navy guys.Well you know me. Even before i look at how a RB runs I ask 'how does he do catching the ball?' 'Does he actually run any routes?' "Could he pass for a slot WR?' And i am hesitant to take any RB too high. I pushed back against the Henderson pick at the time, but eventually was talked into the value of it. Maybe he will still justify it...
Someone like Cam Skattebo i was also excited about and liked the value a lot more. And 20 catches already! That is easy money.
I have no idea how next year will look. Larison? Gibson? Will they be back and look right? IDK. But here are guy's i'm interested in. Late... sometimes a bit small (don't care about size much tbh).
Give me Eli Heidenreich! That's my guy for this year! I would draft him over a ton of other higher rank backs.
They sometimes make exceptions for pro athletes. They can sometimes serve in the reserves for instance. Sometimes they do waivers too. If he were to be drafted and you are the Navy... What do you think would be better for you? To get 1 more guy on a ship doing this or that or to have him in the reserves and also be a representative and recruitment symbol.Would he have to serve? I’m not sure what the rules are for Navy guys.
