They can give Gonza a "fat chunk of that" with Guaranteed salary and signing bonus with a 5 year extension at $33M/yr and $30M signing bonus and only increase his 2026 cap hit by $6M, right?

He is also UFA after the season. So only way a trade would make sense is to trade and extend him.
But his stats this year aren’t impressive, and he’s going on 30 years old.
It seems dangerous to extend him with a rich contract until he proves it’s not him falling off it’s the Ravens having a bad year that’s hurt his productivity. But he’d balk at a pay cut.
Too many questions, too much risk.

M Andrews and H Henry would be a very good one two puch: not like Gronk and the Murderer: but a poor man's version. McDaniels would probably lean towards the Two TE sets more.

Just trade Keion White to the Jets for RB Breece Hall. Their DE Michael Clemons sucks more than an industrial vacuum. And they paid top shelf money for Dugger type LB Jamie’s Sherwood who is jogging around out there at half speed. Got to bench him.

The Jets are a stupid franchise.
