Thought he was a talent
But feared his thin physique and possible injuries
Like watching him
Hope he stays more healthy

His frame is what ultimately made me choose Maye over him. Really talented young QB, I just think that his frame isn’t one that could pack on pounds needed to protect himself,

He takes some big hits trying to extend a run
In the Pro’s they make you pay
The big thing I did not like about him was lack of throws over the middle of the field
Not sure if it was a design type of thing

The Bengals have failed Burrow with coaching and defense/OL. No question. They are a cheap organization who won't make huge moves.

Is it all the OL though that is causing these injuries? Burrow has a bad habit of not living for another down. Which Brady was great at. Throwing it away instead of hero ball. Avoiding injuries.

Not to mention he's hd injury issues since college. At some point, he needs to change his play style a bit. Availability is better than ability.

The line they have now is probably the best one that they've had. PFF grades are bogus and really don't show a lot.
You have to look at the Sacks/Hits/Hurries allowed on the number of pass drop backs.

Orlando Brown Jr
Dylan Fairchild
Ted Karras
Lucas Patrick / Dalton Risner
Amarius Mims

I've fairly certain is was the Vet Risner who was responsible for the play where Burrow got hurt.

One thing of note. The Bengals QBs have dropped back an average of 788 times in each of the last 3 years. That's a little more than what Brady did in his 3 years in Tampa, but about 100 more per season than Brady did in his final 3 years with the Pats.

Didn't we want Risner here?

I agree with the concerns about not using the middle of the field, but I felt that given the progress in the rest of his game he could get better in that area, but he’s built like a wide receiver, and like Thornton it’s hard to see how he puts significant muscle on his body.

Real shame for him. That skinny body is not made to stand a lot of hard hits. Besides Maye, Daniels and Burrow are my fav QBs, Not done well there have I.?

Hold up….So is Will Campbell 6’4” & not 6’6”??

Can't say who's standing on what there but the blatant effort to hide those baby arms isn't foolin' anybody

Haha..damn the attorneys. He’s neck & neck with Maye & Maye is 6’4”….
I’m sure they did that to make them look powerful by putting them neck and neck with NFL players.

Clearly the advertiser was not a fan of Campbell and wanted to dwarf him.

Is Campbell 6’6” or not?…
