Great effort! Yes, there were mistakes, but this was a well-coached team that played hard. You can't ask for more.
Well coached isn’t exactly as I’d describe it. There were some great individual plays that rescued what I thought was a poorly coached game by Vrabel.

Don't look now but:

Will Campbell - Zero pressures
Jared Wilson - Zero pressures

Aside from the penalties, which were bad - I'm not excusing that, the OL were lights out. The D Line were much much better in the second half.

To fix

Penalties
Tackling
Secondary.

And quite the redemption arc for Maye and Rhamondre.

Great game and good win! Looking forward to Le Batard show tomorrow!!!

Kudos to the offense. They balled today, and that included a **** ton of yards that Moses and the rest of the OL had on false starts

But this defense needs to be hang by the shoulder plats, whipped and the burned with boiling vinegar to keep in line. BIZARRE

So no one is gonna mention that Drake played a flawless game???

But his mechanics!

Good that they broke the Miami curse of not winning in Mia and being owned by Tua...well still got owned a little by Tua...
Nah, that's it for Tua, he's got 2, 3 years left max. I say the CTE thing to be funny, but he makes some dumbass decisions out there now. The guy has Hill and Waddle running against Amazon delivery drivers and can't get the ball off, panics in the pocket.

Two bad teams ended up giving probably the most exciting Pats game in a long time. Maye answered lots of questions and played a mistake free game. He has so much more though. Open up the offense and he'll put up Josh Allen #s. A win is a win and FINALLY us Pats fans had an EXCITING football game to watch and WIN. LFG

Team looked incredible at times and awful at times.

The offense looked overall good. The only issues were the penalties which really killed them, and were mostly on Moses. But the good news is that he will probably clean that up, and he’s not the long term guy at RT anyway. In all likelihood Bryant will take over at some point. Drake Maye played beautifully and I think he’s in for a big year.

The defense had some really bad series but also got their crap together when it mattered. Huge INT by Mapu. Huge clutch fourth down sack to seal the game. Considering the DC wasn’t even at the game, that’s big.

Special teams - Borregales was shaky as hell early but got that clutch 53 yarder to give the needed cushion. I would still bring another kicker in, but… hopefully he can even out. The blown punt return sucked but was washed away by Gibson immediately returning the favor. Barigner was a total monster, I wonder if the criticism from Vrabel about his bad kick last week pushed him today.

This was a great win. It wasn’t perfect by any means but it should be a huge confidence booster for Maye , that’s so important for his young career..
I have never been so happy to lose a pick in my weekly picks. I was so tempted to take the Pats but I ended up taking the Dolphins !!!
