That's a very fair response to my question and yes of course. My only counterpoint would be whoever we get would be QB3 and wouldn't be next man up. I guess it depends on the type of player we end up finding.Doesn't the QB need time to learn the offense?
If he's a veteran type and we're thinking he might push Dobbs for QB2 then probably shouldn't wait.
If it's more of a developmental guy and Dobbs will stay QB2 and this kid is more about future development then a few weeks might not matter much.
