Chiefs trade Sky Moore to Niners.

Chiefs are entering the 2005 Pats territory. The only difference is that the Chiefs don't face the resistance the Pats did with the Colts, Steelers and Chargers in the AFC (two of these teams won Super Bowls). Chiefs threats are the no passing attack Bills, erratic Lamar Jackson, injury prone Burrow and "I can't win a playoff game Herbert".

When the Chiefs traded Hill, this would've been an opportunity for the Bills to keep their offense intact and get better on defense to overpower the Chiefs. What do they do? They trade their only threat at WR (Diggs) and they continue to lose to the KC. That's like if Manning's Colts traded Harrison or Wayne right after the Pats traded their best WR in Branch in 2006. Lol. The Pats had to make major trades/signings in 2007 after the tide turned in Manning's Colts favor winning 3 straight including an AFCCG. Then they had to make another major move in 2014 signing Revis to get them over the hump after the drought was going on 10 years.

This new era of the NFL has a lot of entitled players and media has low expectations. You have guys like Dak Prescott playing on his worst team since he became a starter in 2016, yet tells the Rams they'll meet in the NFCCG.

You brought up Gronk. Gronk was drafted in 2010 so your "they went 10 years without winning it all...and they had Gronk for a lot of it" is not a thing.

Those pesky little things called facts get you all triggered don't they.
They had Gronk for 4 years before they won a ring, they also won a ring while Gronk was injured…. so the assertion they only won because of a magical QB/TE combo was pure stupidity.

At least their coach has the sense to not push Mahomes out the door... unlike your hoodied hero who oddly enough ended his NFL career with a .426 coaching record since he pushed Brady out the door.
BB and Brady worked together two decades, Reid and Mahomes about five minutes… oh yeah, and Brady was a free agent (thanks Bob) who chose to leave.

It’s the “free” part in free agent you’re struggling with.

Once again, Super Bowl and drafting are two different things. We drafted poorly while winning super bowls.
The overwhelming majority of players who contributed to those rings were homegrown talent… laughable.

And once again youre ignoring what I said. Towards the end of the dynasty the drafts weren't good.

They won because of the veteran core that was drafted from 2009-2012. But had they not drafted Gronk or he was a bust, Tom and Bill would've parted ways no later than 2016.

Bill had a great stretch of drafting around 2010 that really reset the dynasty for the super bowls in the second half of the run. That 2010 draft was an all timer with a first ballot HOFer in Gronk, a leader and Patriot HOFer in McCourty, and what should have been a long pro bowl filled career, in Hernandez.

By the time 2015/2016 rolled around he started whiffing on the high picks and getting next to nothing out of some of those classes until he was fired.

The decade was in between 2005-2013 when Tom was one of the highest paid players in the NFL and in his prime… you’re clearly not bright.
Eight years is not a decade. Just saying.

I didn’t say sht about drafting. I commented on you saying the Chiefs we’re similar to the Dynasty Pats being the result of a superstar QB and TE… which was not true of either team.

Super Bowl winning teams are talented across the board.

I think you are under estimating the Bill's and Ravens. I tend to agree with the Bengals. imo, they continue to make bad decisions/

I think you are loose with the term drought, between 07 and 14
the team did not have Brady in 08
the team did win 11, 10, 13, 14, 12, 12, 12 games in those seasons. they won the div every season other than the season Brady missed.
from 07 thru 14, they went to 3 SB's

Once those guys left the Patriots the winning stopped. Huh.

A lot of people left, huge roster turnover after 2019… one of the older rosters in the league and third most dead cap in the league entering 2020. Learn the game…

Let's not get carried away the BB regime couldn't coach em up either. They all Sucked when they were Here!!
I have felt that this offense is not suitable for certain types of players, unfortunately those types of players have been drafted multiple times.

mike groh, **** groh, al groh, matt groh......it's all the same.

Thank you, I stand corrected. And apologies to you too, Matt Groh... Or is it to any Mike Groh's that might be out there whom I should really apologize?

A 7th round pick going back to the Chiefs.

And Tyquan Thornton is running with the 1s.
I’m really pissed off Wolf didn’t give Thornton a chance with a real Staff.
We essentially chose Polk and Baker over him who make Nkeal Harry look like AJ Brown in comparison.

I think this says more about the WR room at the Chiefs...

Sounds like excuses. Fact is it's much harder to win without the GOAT and one of the all time great TE's. So it's not surprising the winning stopped after they left. Or more accurately were pushed out the door by the GM/HC.

I don't know why I engage at this point. The two of them live in fantasy land.

If you can win 11 games with a 7th round pick QB in Matt Cassel who never started a game in college it’s not a mystery how you win games.

It’s a team effort, a team game… QB fanboys don’t understand because they engage in hero worship like little kids.

One of the easiest schedules I have ever seen and they still missed the playoffs with the same team that went 16-0 the year before. Funny how that works...
