Today is the first real feel for the team

Although i have a gut feeling that everyone who has a small hindrance won't suit up

Gonzo's absence is obvious, i wonder if C. Davis will follow suit. If so, I'd hope Maye and his receivers will have strong showings

The question mark for the offense is the line. Moses barely practiced so far, but he did suit up yesterday, so we might have the right side of our line complete.

Very intrigued by J Wilson at LG, seems he's the real deal, and also disappointed that Strange couldnt beat a jhon doe at C, but maybe that kid they find is a gem, we'll see

All eyes will be on Campbell, and it's noteworthy that he hasn't lit the world on fire so far, which yes, it is a bit expected from a 4th overall draftee and the first OL taken in any draft. Nothing to lose any sleep on yet, but you can't disregard that as nothing. A strong "game" here would go a long way, including for his own morale

I think they've advertised it as a scrimmage in the past too.

Bill was always a little cautious in this setting as the players had a tendency to go a little harder in the stadium.

Who knows wether Vrabel will change things up.

Yes it’s a scrimmage, good for Vrabel for doing that, I used to attend these but Bill would do a walk through so it was boring as sh*t. The traffic wasn’t worth it after either. I received an email from the Patriots this week reminding me of it, the parking lots open three hours before the scrimmage but no tailgating allowed.

With the return of the mack.. feeling like my guy Bourne me be the odd man out.. what ever happened to earning your reps? Yes, Hollins is going to be here.. but he hasn't participated all off season however comes back and is with the 1s.. meanwhile guys like Boutte have been having a great camp. Can you help me to understand pape??.. just thought it was a little odd.. becuase in the BB/Brady years..whether a veteran, rookie, ect.. if a player missed time they always had to earn thier way back into the offense..

Given Barmore’s performance in 2023, I’m viewing this as very optimistic towards him, rather than pessimistic about our interior OL.

Good points. I didn't take that into account. Top dogs are Diggs, Pop and Boutte.. also sprinkle in a little Kyle Williams as well.. where I see Hollins impact is red area, and when we decide to be run heavy.. other than that those other guys along with Henry are the chain movers.

I've always felt like Barmore at his full strength and potential could have a Chris Jones type impact to the D.. we've seen his impact when healthy. Now he has some Dawgs all around him. Teams won't be able to double him.

Once your behind hard to play catch up.. of course agreed..long way to go.. but I'm feeling like our top 3 guys will be Diggs, Pop, Boutte.. of course Henry at TE and integrating Williams in as well. Hollins will be role specific.
