They weren't joking when they said Campbell has narrow shoulders. Oh well at least from all reports he was doing well in rookie minicamp. Strong punch and athleticism, etc.

It is perspective, the other guy is standing in front of Campbell , closer to the camera, so he looks bigger. Campbell is farther back, you can tell by their feet. Its like the old fisherman trick of holding the fish as far in front of you as possible when they take your picture. It makes the fish look bigger.

He wasn’t saying the guy next to Campbell is Brock Lampe. Originally there was a post saying “We have a FB again” and you replied that he was not on the roster list. The poster replying to you was pointing out that the FB is Brock Lampe. Has nothing to do with the photo

Maybe it's one of the two rookie OL players they got. Bryant (Drafted) and Conley (UDFA), both are 6'7 and Bryant is 320 and Conley is 330.

Onwenu (last seen at 350 lb) is the heaviest guy on the roster.
So the giant remains a mystery.

Some time ago wasn’t there some dude they brought on that dwarfed even the 6’5 OL guys? Think he was from Europe or something but he was truly gigantic. Probably why he didn’t make the team/ps…

It seems so odd they aren’t choosing some dude that has almost zero chance of making a team or from a DII school this year. Like Lampkin, the 5’10 center….hate to say it but he could be a FB….maybe.

I agree that he’s going to put up big plays. With Diggs, Williams, and Henderson the Patriots have some big play ability.

Most definitely.. while I can't really get up for rookie mini camp becuase it really doesn't tell us anything. Big boy camp in July wil tell us all we need to know. Henderson and Williams feel like day 1 starter to me though.

It will definitely tell us a lot and let’s hope for zero injuries before the season starts this year. This way we can truly get an idea of who’s good and who’s not…Impossible I know but one can hope.

I was just reading about Birdow, I was curious how that kind of athletic specimen ended up at Merrimack. It turns out he was recruited to Old Dominion as a DT but was buried on the depth chart, and the Merrimack coach suggested a position change. So he’s not only coming from a low level of competition, he also has only two years experience at OL. Rawer than raw, but intriguing upside for the practice squad.
