I wouldn't go quite that far as that definition goes. To me, there's a meaningful distinction between dating or partnering with a young adult and going full Epstein. Why do I feel that way? Well, I was once a child then a young adult and I remember the difference in judgement I had as I went from child to young adult. I don't feel Jordan is being abused, and even if I felt she was, she's of legal age so it's up to her to make that judgement. If anything, I'd call it a May-December gold-digging relationship.

Apparently she is carrying seven-figure mortgages on two of those properties, but as you say the cash flow should be strong
