I won't go out of my way to watch, but if they are on whatever provider I have at the time, I will, if I am settling in to watch college football anyway.

Because they now have a high profile coach, UNC will probably have many of their games promoted from the ACC Network to ESPN. Probably in the early, 12 noon time slot for many of them, though they do have one road against that ACC stalwart, the Cal Golden Bears in Berkeley. You can see the Atlantic Coast from the main campus tower.
