Shouldn't have mentioned LeQuint Allen as a possible pick. I mention him and look what happens.

Oh @manxman2601 sorry about LeQuint.

LaQuint....

My condolences, Manx.
Thanks. I had this picture lined up

I may regret saying it. But right now if we go RB Marcus Yarns isn't out of line for our last picks.. IDK if anyone else is worth drafting.

FYI he is a smaller quick skat back change of pace kind of guy who can catch some. Has speed, quickness, but isn't likely to run over anyone. But you take that here.

Matavao, Lachey, or Conyers

TEs

If the Dolphins' recent history is anything to go by, Ewers will get a starting opportunity by midseason this year.
Tua does get hurt a ton

Brock Purdy...

We took Marty Moore who was a special teams ace
I was trying to remember his name. He had a nice career with us.

Terrible agility though, but in the 7th round not a terrible pick.
That's true, bad agility... but so does Caeden Wallace, but this guy benched and is strong. I'd also add that since he wasn't invited to the combine like Wallace was, there was no possibility to improve his agility times. Over decades of watching the draft I've repeatedly seen players improve times at their pro day after a bad combine... he didn't have that opportunity.

Also I just went to the SEC page, Missouri passed the 6th most times in the SEC, they ranked first in sack percentage and fewest sacks allowed. They were a really good pass blocking team. In the 7th round this pick has promise.

Good for him. I was rooting for him this past season.

His ceiling isn’t very high. Zappe maybe.
I think he is a lot higher than Zappe….watched alot of him in his year and he is a great QB…..Miami might have gotten the steal of the draft especially considering Tua’s history of concussions

I love that immediately into free agency and the draft Thunder***** vanished. Guy is all whine 24/7.
haha he has to crawl back into his hole, only feeds on negativity. Poor sod, can't enjoy this great draft for the Pats

That's a shame. I really like Mumpfield.

We've got to the part of the draft where ESPN starts kissing Kiper's ass for working a few months a year.

At TE Dippee and Luke Lachey are two names worth keeping an eye on.

Dippee is strong. Period. Also while he didn't catch much, he can do it a bit. Needs to improve tech it seems, but he can bowl people over. If he gets tech down he can be really good there. Luke is a guy many people here know. Considered a late value by many. Fell due to injury which wiped out his 2023 and made his 2024 look worse than it should have. But he has talent above where he is at now. The kind of guy you love to pick up late.
