The special teams in 2024 were actually pretty good, which IMO was very impressive considering they were god awful in 2023 and the guys Springer had on-hand weren't even as good as what was on the year before (since Slater retired at the end of 2023). He did substantially more, with less talent. Imagine how it looks when he can add "his guys" for a couple years.
