He looked completely terrible when the Pats played the Bears last year. Granted they were on an interim HC, now our TE coach. But his turning into a success will be a complete reversal of what I saw last year, because many of the problems they had in that game were self inflicted by Caleb.
I agree that he looked bad. He held onto the ball to long. He has got a good OL now and his WRs and TEs are top notch, I would not be surprised if he looks different this season.

Ok, tossing out a name that keeps rattling around in the back of my head...safety Xavier Watts?
Another falling because of injury presumably.

Wonder if Jared Wilson might be in play here. Don’t think Bradbury is the long term answer at C.

Looks like Noel might make it all the way to 69 though. Hopefully we don’t pass.

I like Watts a lot but had forgot about him. Great catch.

C.

Absolutely NOT! Henderson has issues staying healthy, can’t handle the full load

He’s a big play maker, and they need as many of those as they can get their hands on. Hopefully Jalen Noel is their next pick.

Is there a WR worth pick 69? I don't see one. I feel confident i can say 100% is. So we just pass and not address it rather than reach. I'll say again... I really really really like Tight End Fannin. He's probably a more dangerous pass catching than any WR left.

I would love a real free safety, that would make our defensive backfield a possible top 5 in the league. Still, we have needs at DE and WR too, will be interesting to see where they go.

But did he have 500 yards

Tennessee offense.
When at Oregon, he was at 1 catch per game (26 catches/25 games). It improved at Tenn, but not much.. 39 catches in 22 games.

But, as you alluded to, a 4th round pick wouldn't be a bad place..

Personally, I wouldn't look at WR at all. Because of the cost they've already put into it and the fact that they said they want to give Baker/Polk a chance.

I think that OC, DE, OG, Safety, DT, and CB are bigger needs that need to be addressed and taking a flyer on a guy like Thornton would be a luxury pick. I don't see the pats in a position for Luxury picks.

Noel still there. Insta-pick if he’s available.
