I haven't seen this posted and hoped that Patchick would post it. Very simple rules, you get 9 choices of players you think the Patriots will draft. Whoever gets the most correct you win bragging rights for the year! In case of a tie, whoever posts 1st gets the nod.

I'll start with my mock draft players:

Armand Membou OT Missouri
Mason Taylor TE LSU
Jayden Higgins WR Iowa State
Dylan Sampson RB Tennessee
Riley Leonard QB Notre Dame
JJ Peuges DT Mississippi
Issac Teslaa WR Arkansas
Bilhal Kone CB Western Michigan
Lan Larison RN UC Davis

Trying to decide if I should predict based on how the draft might play out or just spam a few positions of need.

Pat Chick poked her head in a couple of weeks ago to say hi and it looks like she was gauging interest in starting it back up. Having got the yay or nay/ time frame etc yet. Maybe shoot her a pm?

OT Will Campbell, LSU
WR Jalin Noel, Iowa St
OT Josh Conerly, Oregon
OT Ozzy Trapilo, BC
WR Kyle Williams, Wash. St
EDGE Barryn Sorrell, Tex
RB Jayden Blue, Tex
DT Thor Griffith, Louisville
S Jonas Sanker, Virginia

Kinda stacking the deck. I have tried to go 9 for 9 in the past, and failed miserably.

I’ll amend this next week but putting down an initial prediction.

Will Campbell OT
Jaylin Noel WR
RJ Harvey RB
Trevor Etienne RB
Olufawemi Oladejo DE
Nic Scourton DE
Jayden Higgins WR
Ryan Fitzgerald K
Joshua Farmer DT

I have been thinking of making a contest where you can go 9 for 9. Basically you get 2 choices per draft slot. Max points for getting the right player at the right spot, plus ways to get partial points (i.e. correct position wrong player). Something like that.

Then I think of the work it'd take and my enthusiasm for making it wanes considerably.

You'd have to run it like NCAA Brackets... you get bonus points for predicted reaches, picking when a guy's gonna fall. All that crap.

Aireontae Ersery OT Minnesota
Tre Harris WR Ole Miss
Upton Stout CB Western Kentucky
LeQuint Allen RB Syracuse
Hollin Pierce OT Rutgers
CJ Dippre TE Alabama
Mike Green DE Marshall
Willie Lampkin OG North Carolina
Nick Martin LB Oklahoma State

Ersery was my favorite target well before the season even ended. I'm not going to budge on that now. The others I've learned about through the all star practices, from watching tape of others and the combine. I haven't been this invested in a draft class in a while and despite all the negativity it receives there is a lot of depth at certain positions. I hope we take advantage of all of them. I went back and forth on who I wanted to name as my DL target. I ultimately had to go with the most productive player in the class.

This looks like the same group of players you liked from February. Have you learned anything in the last 2 months? Yeah, I guess so.

I'm a stubborn SOB. I suppose if I was trying to win I'd just list all the LTs lol but I figured 2 was good.

It's usually a big let down lol because chances of any of us getting more than 2 names that end up as Pats are pretty slim.
