Should we trade for LT Kolton Miller?

FWIW, I posted this over on reddit, and most folks there seem to be OK with this. [It's having one of its hissy fits, and not showing comments properly, but I'm getting e-mail notifications.]

We could get Miller as long as Raiders get his replacement. If we draft say Carter and Campbell slides to LVR then a trade is likely happening. Now, that team may not be the Pats. Highest bidder. At least we’ll know Miller is all but gone from LV and make a push. He’s likely better than anything we get in the second so offer it up. But I would not over pay for him. There’s at least 10 other LT better (or could be in a year or some past their prime) but they’re not going anywhere. May have to settle then with the second pick, be it on a trade up, stand pat or even drop some spots and secure someone like Trapilo in late second.

The "Just kick Campbell inside to guard" **** is even more annoying that the ZOMGHEPLAYEDINTHESEC ****.

Dude's 6'6" and plays super-upright. There's no guarantee he can even get down in a stance consistently.
Curious where you are getting he plays super-upright. I have read 4 articles on him and they all said he plays with good bend for his height.

OMG! His arms are too short!!! Alert the media! Scramble the jets! Have Zendaya dance to distract the experts!

Oh, wait, is this a gag? Phew.
Yes, I better clarify before too many people freak out.

His arms are short relative to his height, but that’s because he’s 98th percentile height and only 54th percentile arm length. Still above average.

He’s just not as proportional as guys like Dawand Jones (97th height, 98th arm length), Patrick Paul (91st height, 97th arm length), Amarius Mims (91st height, 95th arm length), or Nate Solder (94th height, 90th arm length).

That's ok. Sometimes arm length is a performance impediment and sometimes it's not.

We are giving up way too much in that scenario.

3rd rounder for Miller. That's it.

Now we need to pay him which can be done.
3rd rounder for a starting LT isn’t going to get it, at least imo.
I wouldn’t hate trading for him (as long as an extension or contract gets done) and grabbing Jeanty. That’s if Carter and Hunter are gone of course.
