Note: never eat a hot wing made with a Carolina Reeper.

I grow hot peppers. I gave up on Reapers two years ago. Too freakin' hot. I have a gallon bag of peppers frozen in my freezer that I haven't done anything with. I limit myself to Cayenne, Jalapeno, and Paprika to make smoked paprika.

I agree but you always need to factor in those coaches and GMs needing to keep their jobs. The smart play is to deal with a bridge QB and win few enough games to be in the running for a real QB in the draft next year but those coaches/GMs may not be around long enough to pick the next guy.
