Aiyuk is Younger and could be here for a while with Maye.
Better off with Hunter. Dont need both because they are similar, and Hunter is on a rookie deal. Need two different guys like Chase and Higgins.

There's a Jack Bech and Jayden Higgins in the Draft.

Can you elaborate on both?
Moss wanted a new contract in 2009 for big money. Bill told him no. He wanted one again at the start of 2010. He was 33 and his play and effort were in decline. Bill said no. He sulked all TC and the start of the season. His effort became even more lacking and it came to a head vs MIA. Week 4. He was dogging it and Moss went after O'Brien at 1/2 time telling him his play calls suck. He was traded.

Branch wanted more money. Age and level of play weren't the issue here. Bill didn't think Branch was worth the money he wanted. Pats offered 3/18 8m in guarantees and SEA gave him 6/39 13m in guarantees. He was 27. He held out of camp and didn't dog it on the field like Moss.

Well you have people who want to pass on every single top WR because they are divas and then not draft one in the first round and are currently creating any narrative such as Tet is N’Keal Harry in order to support not going after a WR so that tells me more people are satisfied with making tweaks and not getting a true game breaker than you might believe.

"People" is a bit nebulous and your 'more people are satisfied' conclusion is just not supportable based on anything other than a bad perception. I read a lot of posts here and that is just not the case, the great volume of posters here are unhappy with the WR group as it stands today. With the volume of traffic here there's almost always going to be more than one person on any side of a discussion. That makes what I said earlier standing up all the more remarkable, I have not seen one poster that is satisfied with the Pats WR room as currently constituted. Folks may disagree on the 'fix' for it but everyone I've seen post about it acknowledges the need for serious improvement. I do think overall people are more concerned about LT and maybe you perceive that as them being okay with the wideouts, they're not

OFC there's a vocal 'no divas' contingent here, as there should be everywhere. Divas suck, it's not what a true team game like football should be about. Could be I missed it but I don't recall anyone pissing on the idea of acquiring Godwin. More posts I saw were concerned with Aiyuk's health and giving up more than a day 3 pick for an injured guy with a huge contract than his diva potential. If he was healthy I doubt Diggs would have left Foxborough without at least an offer in his hand and most of the posters I saw commenting seemed like they were willing to cut slack for his past antics or at least "hold their noses" because our situation is dire.

There's no shortage of folks here that will go to an extreme to make a point. I haven't seen a post saying 'Tet is Harry' but I don't find it hard to believe someone went that far trying to make an internet point here at PF that they'd never try getting away with at the local pub. You can count me among the folks that have doubts about McMillan at the pro level, his speed and less than impressive bulk have me wondering about him against NFL press corners. That doesn't mean I don't recognize his potential as a 1st rounder though and any Harry comparison is obviously nonsensical hyperbole.

Please don't let a couple of strong and somewhat misguided opinions you may have read color your perception of what the general consensus is here. No one here is happy with the Pats current crop of WR's

I’m terrified to draft a WR aside from Hunter at 4.
Any chance Dolphins take 4 for Jaylen Waddle?
At this point as crazy as that sounds might be our safest option.
Or 4 to Detroit for Jameson Williams?
Or Second to Cleveland Jerry Jeudy.

I'm looking @ WR's not through those binoculars.

What was Felger complaining about when Moss was in NE?

Felger was constantly complaining about Moss right from the day that the Patriots traded for him (for a 4th round pick, BTW!). Felger did not give many reasons except that he did not like him. Maybe he thought that Moss was a locker room cancer (which he was not) or maybe Felger thought he was a primadonna (all good WRs are primadonnas but Moss was not so much) or some other reason, but Felger was on Moss's case from Day One. Remember that there was very little to complain about as far as the Patriots in those days so Felger was grasping at straws. Felger's haranguing was obnoxious and uncalled for and hurt the Patriots.

I get it... not gonna lie but I'm warming up to Dont'e Thornton and Arian Smith. Seems like we can get em on Day 3: and not in Second Round in a BB type Draft. I don't mind a guy Drafted on Day 3 Busting but in the First and Second Rounds that sucks. I know you have watched Arian Smith First hand and noted his drops but his Speed is awfully tempting. IF we get him on Day 3 I would be happy hopefully we can coach up those hands.
I have taken BOTH guys in rds 6/7 in most of my Mocks.

Felger always called him lazy even while he was setting records. He just didn't like him and created his own narrative. Those two guys create strawmen all the time to have something to talk about.

Are Campbell or Warren still going to be there at 11?
Campbell probably not but Warren will be I would think. Some people have Kelvin Banks as the top ranked LT, I do not share that view but several "experts" think he is. So they could grab Banks or Simmons and then use 38 and 77 to move up for Higgins if they want that big body X that can also play slot.

They could also potentially draft at 11, use 38 and 77 to trade (around 24) into the first and then use43 and 69 to move into the first again (25 or so).

3 1sts could potentially be Simmons/Banks, Higgins/Golden and Stud DT/Hampton/another OT like Conerly and solid OG.

I know probably unrealistic. I don't think they make that trade down with SF

FYI Ramos is not plugged in, he's simply regurgitating what Jordan Schultz reported. He's no more plugged in than any of us on this forum are. He repeats what others report and makes educated guesses and passes it off as insider reporting.

Keep hope and Drake alive.
