In his last season here all his incentives were playtime based, not counting stats.
Which didn't really keep him on task or on the field.

If the Patriots again opt out of the LT sweepstakes, then it has to be round 1 or 2 in the draft.
Round 1 is likely Will Campbell or Kelvin Banks, whether at 4 or a slight trade down. Membou played RT.
Assume Josh Simmons goes in the 20's in round 1.
Round 2 is likely Josh Conerly or Aireontae Ersery - but a run could develop and they could possibly be gone by 38.
Mbow is a tackle/guard with shorter arms than Campbell. Cameron Williams is a RT.

If not Cam Robinson, it's possible Campbell, Banks, Conerly, or Ersery would be better at LT than the remaining free agents.
Robinson was listed in the low 50's by PFF, or an average back-up. The others are rated lower.

Supposedly the Queefs freed up 50 mil in cap space. Wonderful.

Unless media/fan pressure gets to him, he isn't planning to run.
Well if that's the case then it is clearly not considered a decent time.
Upside is Mike Evans. Evans diid not have a fast 40.
I see Evans ran a 4.53. I heard the announcers saying this year that scouts want receivers to come in at least at the low 4.5 range so I'm wondering just what Tet's time would be?

I just get a feeling he’s going to go somewhere annoying. KC, Baltimore, Eagles, Titans, Packers, etc.
A lot of those teams probably have some level of interest, but NE can pay him a lot more.

Well nobody was willing to take on his $20m contract plus give up a token draft pick. So that pretty much caps his value. I think the Pats will be prepared to overpay here unless they are seriously in on Aiyuk.

You want to see this board catch fire?

Would Campbell at #4, be a possible fix at LT, but a definite fix at LG which makes Lowe better worthwhile?

He’d be a team culture plus.
If they feel Campbell could be a solid to great starting LT then take him at 4. He’d be miles ahead of what we had last year. If they think he needs to be moved inside to maximize his value after this year so be it. I’m pretty confident that his floor is a solid LT. Maybe not an all pro, but will give us what we need.

We really should overpay for Kupp and get him

McDaniels is going to have a field day, and again, we have lots of money
