No. I've watched him during the Tampa days and then Detroit. He wasn't good. If he was, Tampa and Detroit wouldn't have let him walk. Him, Murphy-Bunting and Jamel Dean were big reasons why the defense dropped off and Brady's Bucs lost to the Rams and flamed out the following year.

It's quite comical I'm getting resistance over this. But then again, I got the same resistance last off-season, but then you guys complain how bad the FA signings were. Par for the course.

Feel free to bookmark this.

Please don't tell me how Moses projects to be a LT.
No Mike that's me

That's very very cheap for him, I'm surprised. Only $8M per year. I am guessing he is probably thinking he might hang them up after 2 years and wanted the bigger guarantee at his age. Fine by me, RTs are easier to find and develop - in the meantime, he will be rock solid for Maye's right side.
I think he competes with Wallace for RT.

Kind of wondering now if, assuming Moses can hold down the right, of Lowe can be “good enough” on the left with some help long enough for a rookie to develop

So you'd be satisfied with signing those guys? I would look at this signings as total capitulation. Another punted year.
FA is not what it is in other sports. Teams keep their young, talented players. FA is going to be underperforming players, malcontents, or guys past their expiration. Especially at LT and WR. Yeah, I'd rather have a guy pro WR like Cooper than some knucklehead like fekkin' Pickens.

They can just cut ties next year or whatever. Its a stop gap until help arrives.
I had dismissed him because of his age but i dont have a problem with this.

That’s what i was guessing/hoping that this contract has an ‘out’ without too big of a deadline cap hit after this year.

OK then nice job Vrabel.
Harold Landry and Carlton Davis are your big splash?
This is plan Z

Tell everyone that your football knowledge is garbage w/o telling everyone your football knowledge is garbage.

Landry, Davis and Spillane are excellent signings for the 4-3 Under Defense that the Pats will be employing. Maybe you should try reading up on that instead of just reading people's opinions and reacting on those erroneous opinions.

Davis is a #2 CB who can be #1 if Gonzalez get's injured again.

Spillane is the new MLB. Meaning he's the guy in charge of aligning the front 7. He's an every down LB who very good to excellent in the run game. Something we were missing last year.

Landry will be one of the Starting OLBs.. This should lead to Tavai and/or Bentley being traded/let go.

I'm just wondering what wide receiver you think that they're going to grab?

Honest question. Who's out there that's going to make a difference?
I think that Elijah Moore should e signed. I think that he can make an impact, he separates because of his speed and quicks and runs good routes. He can play inside and out at 5'9

Yeah it’s short money. Better than what they had last year.

Wow! Dunno how i feel about 3 years but that average looks good on moses
Guaranteed money will be the question as to whether or not 3 years to too long (i.e. ability to cut him later). But RT was arguably worse last year than LT (really, both were dumpster fires), and this should stabilize things.

Edit: Only $11M, guaranteed, so maybe not.

They have signed 4 starters in 90 minutes, that’s a good start to free agency.

Are you going to like, infuse him with the souls of Joe Thomas and Orlando Pace or something?
