What a ****ing Lying ****ing Scumbag. I wish he were ****ing Dead.
Of course he's going to lie. Dude will lie when the truth will do a better job. In this case, however, if (big if) they are favoring the Chiefs, then he cannot let it out, because the truth would destroy the league.

What's noteworthy it the fact that he even addressed it at all. That means it's at the very least on their radar. Behind the scenes, they can either be laughing at the preposterousness of it, they can be trying to cover it up, or they can be making sure that they squash the rumors this Sunday.

They'd better hope that if the Chiefs win, 'ole Travie doesn't propose to Tay-Tay midfield after the game, because then it will look like a farce for sure.

No “mixed signals” from @captain stone

This is a classic case of “not reading the room” by Commissioner Scheisskopf, ignore the fact that the same thing has happened so many times over the past 5 years and pretend the very suggestion is ridiculous. The fact that the question is even asked of him should tell him that a critical mass has been surpassed, but since we are talking about a cretin of course there is no ability to perceive that.

I know a lot of us here think the motive for facilitating the Chrefs is jealousy and hatred of the Pats. I don’t doubt that is a factor but I think the primary objective is personal enrichment of the people at 345 Park Avenue who are able to strongly influence outcomes of games. Given that the same people greenlighted the partnerships with gambling companies, the conclusions are not hard to reach. It’s not like they have any actual journalists or other investigators to worry about.

The days of a journalism investigating this are over. Who's gonna? Adam Schefter? Not at $9m per year he won't. They are too busy lining their own pockets to take down the one thing that is securing their cash flow. They will all simply say it's ridiculous and move on.

I didn't watch it but I vaguely remember that from back in the day.

I have talked about it before, especially with @RobertWeathers. I believe the league is horribly corrupt, and if we knew how bad, we probably wouldn't watch.

It is not unreasonable to conclude that the reason Goodell was installed was that he is a perfect blend of stupidity and squalid character. Doesn’t think enough to wonder, doesn’t have the intellect to put simple equations together, paid enough money and gets enough attention to not give a **** about potential consequences.

Remember that The Scatback has always been a staunch supporter of his.

Scatback?

Scatback?
I call Bob Kraft The Scatback as a dig at his embarrassing claim to have played “Scatback” at Columbia, apparently at the intermural level (embarrassing not because I don’t think he played but at the idea that it gives him some sort of extra credibility as the team owner; for me it’s just another example of his incessant fame-whoring). When he was inducted into the Columbia University Hall of Fame he made a big show about his alleged accomplishments on the field. Unfortunately for him he can’t buy his way into Canton.

This felt appropriate to me after the BB hit piece he had produced in his vain attempt to claim credit for the on field success of the team, he had to keep Belichick on a tight leash for a while dontchaknow.

Not a great sign for Popovich to now be fired from an assistant OL coach job.

People seem to have forgotten that guys like Ivan Fears and Scarnecchia are the "Unicorns" of the Coaching world. There are very very few that ever stay on a team when the HC gets fired.

It could be that they are switching blocking styles and don't feel that Popovich fits.. Or it could be that the new HC doesn't like Popovich's stance on Vaxxes.. Or it could just be he sucked. We don't know. But, based on his track record, I don't think it's the last one.

We won't know unless he divulges is.

Lol Goofell is praising the refs and saying there’s no Pro-Chiefs bias.

Goodell is full of s**t.. Claiming that it's ridiculous when it's plain as day that he wants the Chiefs to break the Pats records.

It's no different when they had the Ravens with the SB for Ray Lewis' last season..
