He'd OK, he's walking on it without a limp. The bad news is it wasn't an injury to his mouth.

Actually, he seemed to be limping quite noticeably as he left the x-ray table, no?

He was walking, talking and laughing. If it was a serious problem you'd think he'd at least be off his feet with an ice bag on it.

With TO, one never knows.....

This just in:

The injury resulted from T.O. attempting to insert his foot into his mouth after his latest idiotic comment.

Just reported as a high ankle sprain, more to come tomorrow......

Cause its the right thing to do.

high ankle sprain nfl network reported. that can be nasty. looks like pats rematch w/ green bay if he's out for season. how cool would HOF favre versus HOF Brady for all the cheese?

High ankle sprain. Uh oh for the Cowboys. I've seen tonight how Romo and the offense is without TO. They are average at best in the passing game w/o TO. He will surely be out next week, he'll still be hurting even if he tries to play the first playoff game.

T.O goes for a MRI tomorrow to confirm it is a high ankle sprain.
He could be out till the championship game.

The cowgirls look poor without him, Romo wasn't afraid to throw to other guys BUT he didn't look as comfortable either.

Personally I would prefer to meet GB Rather than Dallas with or without T.O

Naty. Someone should come up with a different name for that injury. It is so not a sprained ankle. It's the two leg bones coming apart.

I always thought that term was ambiguous. What else can you share about it?

It hurts like crazy, and a bad one can leave your ankle changed forever.

That's what Dillon had in 2005. I'm not a medical professional, but I read it's the ligaments holding the two bones of the leg together.

Pretty much explained here.

6 weeks in a cast if it's stable. Insert a screw otherwise.

That's why I LOL'd about the armchair GMs criticizing Dillon in 2005. He should have been in a cast.

Owens has showed a high tolerance, so maybe he can play some in the playoffs, who knows.

Can't do much on one leg, but he is big and strong.
