We have a Carter v Graham thread so consider this a Carter v Hawkins thread. Also, if you've voted for Hawkins but then found out he was making it clear he only wanted to play one side of the ball, would that change your mind?

I voted for Hunter hoping for a 2nd shut down corner that can provide approx 20% of offensive action too. And yes, if he opted to only play one side of the ball, I would change my mind.

Hunter undoubtedly whatever position he is going to play. My second choice is Graham then Carter.

I'd still take Carter. I don't value CB or WR in the top 5 unless they are like Julio Jones/Revis

If we had a WR FA or trade for a WR and could get AJ Brown or Higgins, and then had Hunter on the field for 4 and 5 wide situations plus jet sweeps, WR screens, etc., I think that added to playing DB would be incredible.

We need to build the trenches, so maybe in FA if we pick Hunter? I know FA is before the draft.

I've been watching this play over and over because I can't quite work out how Travis Hunter reads the QB so quickly. Please enlighten me if there's any other explanation than "wow!" 2nd play at 0:16.

At first glance I thought he just stumbled into it lol but yeah my guess is Deion coached him up to play for the quick throw at the first down marker.

With no scouting background and most of my info coming from the draft sim sites, I think Carter would be very beneficial on this team.

For me it depends all on FA. After that we shall have a much better idea on who to draft.

Trade out. Maybe take Mason Graham. Need a lot of help on both sides of the line of scrimmage.

I like Graham too. Big, dependable, and has been steady in college. I am worried about Carter and injuries.

Hunter's athleticism is remarkable. Better hands than McMillan. Fast and quick. Also has football smarts. It is hard not to pick Hunter.

I picked Hunter In this poll. For me his explosiveness and body control are quite a bit beyond that of the other prospects and it gives him what I think is the best opportunity to make a big impact wherever he lands.

With that said I’m really hoping for a trade down. Assuming Hunter is gone and a good trade doesn’t materialize, at #4 I currently favor Graham slightly over Carter and Will Johnson (in that order based on my speculation about their potential for impact on the Pats), and will be curious about test results for McMillen, Campbell, and Banks. If all their numbers come out OK I’d be happy with any of those guys.

My ideal scenario is Campbell's arms measure, we get him with a trade down to 6. Slight trade up from 2 if needed and get Edge Jack Sawyer.

or use the 2nd in a trade for AJ or DK.
