I saw he had a Patreon account. Perhaps he's been putting his efforts into that.Nice to have you here. Your help in draft process is priceless. I am just wondering what is going on with BGC?

Any idea what became of @mayoclinic? I remember some great conversations between you two, but also that even back then he mentioned having to take a break from doing his prospect analyses. My guess about @BaconGrundleCandy has been that his family and work life responsibilities made it too difficult to keep pace with his prior work here and he’s not a guy who half-asses things.I saw he had a Patreon account. Mr Quinn Ewers is entering the 2025 NFL Draft... things should get very interesting.
I agree Quinn Ewers could rise: I think people are sleeping on Jaxson Dart and Will Howard. I like nothing about Jalen Milroe I don't think he's better than Joe Milton right now. He's probably a R2 guy, maybe even a 3. I was disappointed that he didn't absolutely light it up in the SEC this year. Everything I read about him was he could really help his draft day stock with a big season. Instead, got hurt and looked very mortal. I think the guy is a back up in the NFL. Last year he was a day 2 guy, and he still is IMO.
With that, he could rise with good combine and pro day, because the QB draft is weak. He's probably 4th behind the overhyped Sanders, Ward and Milroe, but could really help himself with solid work this winter at the pre-draft events.

Look how early Penix Jr - JJ McCarthy and Bo Nix went last year. I don't think Quinn Ewers is very far from those guys. Cam Ward reminds me of that Colts QB Anthony Richardson. I would be very worried if I was a team looking for a QB this year. And you think someone grabs him #3?
No way. But there's a real chance he's over drafted because of available competition. It's a weak class, so he automatically moves up.And you think someone grabs him #3?
There will be a Bidding for the Bridge Sam Darnold to hold it down for a Rookie QB. The 2025 FA QB class. The more I read the more I think there is a chance Hunter falls to #4. Slender, but there is.
Abdul Carter or Mason Graham should be there win/win.The more I read the more I think there is a chance Hunter falls to #4. Slender, but there is.
I can imagine many possibilities. One of them is Titans get Ward, Browns grab Carter and pair him with Garrett ( earlier they sign Darnold or Cousins ), Giants fall in love with Shedour and we... we have a Hunter's surprise. It is possible.Abdul Carter or Mason Graham should be there win/win.
I think Tre Harris is a good call. Like it.I am going to say it WR Tre Harris Ole Miss plays just like Tee Higgins that's his comp: you heard it here first!!
And Bo Nix did really well.Look how early Penix Jr - JJ McCarthy and Bo Nix went last year. I don't think Quinn Ewers is very far from those guys. Cam Ward reminds me of that Colts QB Anthony Richardson. I would be very worried if I was a team looking for a QB this year.
What's wrong withThe only way you take Graham at 4 is if Barmore is done. Barth and Lazard had a good discussion on this. They are both 3 technique and could play together on the line on early downs, but one of them is going to be on the sideline during passing downs. Not the best return on investment from a team building standpoint.
I don't think Ewers is anywhere close to Bo Nix. He's betting on himself, so good for him. I felt he was the weak link in Texas this year. They had a lot of talent on both sides of the ball. Maybe I am all wet on this, but that's where I am at. I really want him to do well. That's not saying he can't succeed, but I think his ceiling is low. He might be a marginal starter type, but I really think he's an NFL back up.And Bo Nix did really well.
I agree and would like to see Graham and Barmore inside with White over the opposing RT (and a fast guy over the LT - Uche?). White is strong and fast enough to help contain QBs from rolling to their right and extending plays. A fast guy, even Uche, to run around the left side again forces the QB into the pocket or run and throw to the left (much harder to do). Sounds great to me. I am not sure why anyone would not want this. Of course White can also rotate inside with Jennings on the RT protecting the edge. What's wrong with
White - Graham - Barmore - Pass rusher to be named later
on passing downs? Or do you propose moving White inside and signing/drafting two pass rushers. If so, then I tend to agree but think option 1 works too. But I was watching a video about Shane Bowen's defense at Tennessee and option 1 was how he rolled when Vrabel was there. A bigger Le, two penetrating DTs and a pure pass rusher.
