I don't care about the whole suing the NFL issue.
I respect the hell out of him.
Did a great job here as DC.
After starting 0-7 in 2019 he finished 24-18. Ross fires him because he didn't "collaborate".
Rebuilt his brand in Pitt and especially MN.
Need to understand what he would do differently based on his time in MIA.
Why not?
I do.I don't care about the whole suing the NFL issue.
Flores lost Tua who tweeted he lost the locker room.I really enjoyed him as a defensive coordinator but I seem to have memories of him losing the locker room hard.
In Miami that is.
How exactly does Flo give off an air of entitlement?I do not want him back with the Pats.
Flo is a good DC. But his demeanor and apparent heir of entitlement and blame-shifting is off-putting as a leader / HC.
He was all about racism, and I've had enough of that. Mayo showed what putting DEI nonsense first does to a team.
I now pronounce you man & wife.I do.

I do.
Yeah, okay. So if they interview him and don't choose him, welcome to another lawsuit.
That is exactly why he is not my first (Johnson) second choice (Vrabes) or third (KOC) choice.I like Flo as a DC, but I don’t want him anywhere near Drake Maye. To bring in Flo you would need a veteran established QB. The Pats aren’t the right spot for him.

Yea I think they do, too.You may not, but I bet the Krafts do.
Of course, they would never, and $$. The idea is to offer an interview as if it's the most natural thing in the world. You can even just float it to the media. It's more than likely he says, no thanks, anyway. You may not, but I bet the Krafts do.
Have they requested an interview? Are they just looking Vrabel and Johnson? While not my first choice, i'm advocating for Brian Flores to get an interview with the NEP.

Please elaborate. I am not aware of "DEI nonsense" playing a role in a 4-13 season. I'm more of the opinion that it was poor coaching, poor talent evaluation, poor player development, poor blocking, poor tackling, and poor situational football. None of which was related to skin tone.Mayo showed what putting DEI nonsense first does to a team.
