He dotted his Ts and Is in his emails...Can not do it. His comments make it impossible to hire him in the NFL and especially in Boston

Who the hell even determines this in the first place?
Why would he need to be "bought out", usually HCs keep getting their salary paid unless/until they get another gig. If it's another HC gig then their prior deal is canceled; if it's a lower role (OC/DC/etc) then the cash they make elsewhere is offset from their owed money on their terminated HC deal. The wolf in a GMs clothing is here for now. They will go through the HC interview process however I think Vrabel will be hired. Listening on the radio Bedard mentioned Mayo was likely told he was out prior to the game and his contract is being bought out.
HindsightWhat? He passed on McConkey to draft two receivers who combined didn't even match N'Keal Harry's rookie production. Firing offense.
They should give Flores a sham interview. He wouldn't mind. They have to fulfill the Rooney Rule or they can't hire anyone.
The coordinators are gone. Wolf is probably gone too but I assume if he's gone it happens when they narrow the candidates down and see what each one wants as far as a GM.No new HC is going to accept this job and be forced to keep the coordinators. Wolf has to go, if the krafts realized Mayo wasn’t the guy they clearly realize that Wolf was part of the problem. Hopefully. It is likely just a matter of time.
Kraft needs to hire a football Czar or a actual department to conduct the search for Gm then let the GM pick the HC.No new HC is going to accept this job and be forced to keep the coordinators. I don't think so. Maye would have played the whole game if Mayo was going to fo that.Mayo gave a big FU on the way out with win over Bills
Lol, the interview has to be in-person in order to meet the requirements. They can't do in-person interviews with employees of other teams until either January 20th OR the day after that employee's season has ended if they are still playing in the postseason by then. That is why I mention Saleh and Rivera, they are both available to hire now so should be able to meet in-person right away. I'd also give consideration to Saleh as a DC candidate, if I was Vrabel. They should give Flores a sham interview. He wouldn't mind.
In case your post isn't sarcasm..They should give Flores a sham interview. He wouldn't mind.

I am guessing Mayo won't get an HC or DC job anywhere so he will just get paid annually until his deal expires. Probably $3M to $5M a year for however many years (supposedly 4 more years if you believe Kay Adams' show)
He gets paid to get those calls right.Hindsight
That's what Bedard stated on 98.5 on his post game comments. But your right typically coaches get paid until thier contract runs out ? Or they take a coordinator or another HC job elsewhere??Why would he need to be "bought out", usually HCs keep getting their salary paid unless/until they get another gig. You mentioned Glenn after BJ. Doesn’t he fulfill one of the two required interviews? They have to fulfill the Rooney Rule or they can't hire anyone.
I don’t want Vrabel as HC no promise McDaniels is going to stay as a OC go after Ben Johnson.Lol, the interview has to be in-person in order to meet the requirements. It is sarcasm. In case your post isn't sarcasm..
I'm sure the guy that has a lawsuit against the league that includes accusations of racism would love a sham interview.
Thinking about Kay Adams makes me smile. Why would he need to be "bought out", usually HCs keep getting their salary paid unless/until they get another gig.
