IMO, the Offense needs talent; full stop.

AVP and McAdoo will be fine after we add 2 OTs and 2 WR’s.

I'm in on AVP too, I think he should be kept, done a good job with Maye who seems to like AVP

by extension you're in on Mayo too. If we are lucky enough to kick off a new coaching search on Black Monday, AVP is out. New guy will want to bring in their own OC.

So you want to sign players before getting new coaches? Not me.

Let's think here.. in 2000 who was here when Bill took over. Troy Brown, Drew, mcgininest, brushci, Ted Johnson, Malloy, law, vineteri, and others. The players and the leaders were already here. What that team needed was direction. Thus in 2001 the organization added 20 plus FAs. Bill didn't take over a semi pro team like we have now. I'm not against changing the coaching however we can't act like we have a roster with 8 all pros. The roster and coaching alike must be changed over.

As a poster who likes Mayo the person. I've admitted that I'd be open to change if the organization is willing to do it the right way. Meaning make the change right away on black Monday. Change the coaching and the roster all together.

Personally I’d keep avp since he did a decent job with Maye. Axe should fall on covingtons neck. Had a decent d and it went in reverse this year. At least avp showed some positive things at times. D was absolute **** this year.

As bad as a coaching needs to change I just have the feeling that Mayo won't be touched. They will load the team up with talent and give him another shot.
