McDermott has said Allen will start in order to preserve his consecutive starts streak... 114 to date, currently the longest active streak in the nfl... I imagine there will be a quick hook... but then again, maybe not... we really don't have a pass rush to pressure the qb... or a sack machine to wreak havoc...

Mayo has to act like he is going for the win. He knows the fans are against him for the most part, and no matter what he says he must feel that he is on the hot seat as the season comes to a close. Plus the NFL would love to take away our first round pick if they deem anything inappropriate. However if they really want to keep the #1 pick, he just has to say that Maye is having some effects from a mild concussion and his health is a priority. Start Jacoby and see what happens!!! Milton has more chance to pull off a win than Brissett does, but there is really no excuse to not play Milton in this game.

Evaluating players for next season is a legitimate use of a game when the results do not affect the playoffs.

Is the league going to tell us we are not allowed to evaluate our young players in an otherwise meaningless game?

Wow this really surprises me. Im as pro tank as they come but Id be genuinely surprised if they play Milton. Although DTR starting in Cleveland to end the season is even more obvious a tank job.

Pretty much anyone but 15-20 players are just cannon fodder for this game. But Maye gets another concussion from some 3rd string Bills defender, Emergency Services in New England will run out of Narcan and body bags.
