This roster probably needs 40+ new players to have a chance at any significant improvement.

We're so bad that a 7 win season might start to look like success around here. That's sad.

I wonder what needs to be improved first, the Oline or explosive weapons ? Im wondering if they get a decent line, and Maye actually has time, would he be able to elevate the weapons he has now ? Or would improved explosive weapons help Maye go to the next level.

You look at the QBs who came into this league and became good QBs, the teams wound up getting good weapons or already had good weapons for their young stud QBs. Mahomes already had Kelce & Hill, Allen, they brought in Diggs & Beasley. Tua, they brought in Hill and drafted Waddle, Herbert, they had Allen and Williams. There aren’t any young QBs that become better without weapons.

I think the answer is obviously both, but I think the explosive offense weapons are a bigger need.

Josh Allen went into a pretty bad situation in Buffalo. The supporting cast was awful overall until they got Diggs.

Pats are facing a pick your poison situation. The FA class is pretty bad for offense and the Pats have a horrible history of picking WR's via the draft.

It's the same mistake they made when they brought in Carrol after Parcells. The nice guy after the mean one. The difference Carrol was a great college HC with a resume.

I think it's more of a question of can you get a true #1 WR, If so that take precedent. Look how many times Miami threw quick to first read as WR just won fast off the line. But if your options in the draft are not true #1's then better building the line And signing Higgins.
I was thinking Higgins AND draft T-Mac and sign veteran free agents for the line but now I think sign Higgins, draft best O Line player in the draft whomever that is and whatever position on the line.
The one caveat is if you have a shot at Hunter I take him, to me he's the 1 truly elite player in the draft, I don't pass on those.

We care about the players as men we just don’t care about prepping to win football games. That may get in the way of team
