This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
Just sit Maye down and put Brissett in. Miami's going to be teeing off on every snap and you can't stop them on defense anyway. Sit the kid down and start prepping for Indianapolis.
Major problem in leadership. Old days we had respected veterans yell and hold other players accountable. No more Willie Mac, Rodney, mccourty. No real leaders
I believe there a natural leaders on this team. I have a lot of experience with teams and leadership in corporate settings. If there are natural leaders (and I think there are), there are two essential components required for them to influence the team: (1) they must be high performers (hard working, demonstrating excellence at all times and publicly holding themselves accountable when they fall short), and (2) they must be empowered and backed by management. Management can undermine that kind of leadership pretty easily if they aren't careful. For example, they could chose a guy for captain with such low character that he chokes out his girlfriend.
