7th round is being generous.. I can't recall a collection of WR with the production our have.. no wonder maye day says I'd rather run then throwing to them

Take care of OL and WR in free agency and take a top 5 DLinemen. Getting run on like this is demoralizing.

Got to get the OL and DL to a competent level before you can worry about WR's.

I totally agree. All 3 spots need to be addressed. Just with Barmore coming back I feel better about relying on the rookie on the DL. We need vets capable of stepping right in at WR and OL or we risk Maye having to do it all alone next year again.

They need to find the next Scar. A guy who can coach up mediocre OL talent.

I wonder if giving the Panthers their choice of any or all of BoneyT, Polk & Baker might've persuaded them to lower their demand from a 4th to a 5th...

Maybe, but who cares? Mingo isn't good. Maybe he's marginally better than TT, Polk or Baker but that's not saying much. We shouldn't be giving draft picks for guys who don't belong in prominent positions on the depth chart. Giving up any draft capital for upgrades over guys who look like 4th and 5th WRs is silly for a rebuilding team. Heck, it's not even smart for a contending team.

I guess if they LOVED Mingo's projection coming out maybe it could make sense but that's hard to argue IMO.

Scott peters is over performing. Let's fix the rot before cutting the tree. The rot is in drafting or signing offensive linemen and that's a front office issue.

I'd say Robinson and Wallace are TBD just like polk and baker. The the problem was long ago thinking Lowe, Wheatley, Okorafor would solve the OL problem. Couple that in with injuries to Andrews and stranger... you have the 2024 offensive line.

In all 4 they are rookies so they deserve a little more leash before completely giving up on them but it's extremely scary that they can't even perform slightly better than their peers on this team it's not like those peers are top level talent.

Agreed. The offense as a whole just leaves you scratching your head. F the run.. it's not been working for a month now.. throw the ball to open up the run like modern NFL teams do.
