Twice the responsibility, twice the credit when it works and twice the blame when it doesn't. That's how it works.

Great post. Belichick is human, not perfect, but he is the epitome of a successful team builder. My opinion, you don't have to agree. Too bad RK doesn't have the cohonies(?) to sit down, work out the problems and bring him back.Way more successes though and yet the discussions are dominated by blame.
9,000 times more winning so you're math should probably be adjusted.Twice the responsibility, twice the credit when it works and twice the blame when it doesn't. That's how it works.
Because Mickey Loomis has been their GM since 2002. Not sure where you are going with this.

That’s surprising to see. I’m sure he gets more criticism from Saints fans than you think as they had some rough drafts over the years.
BB had a bunch of really bad drafts over 5 years which led to his firing. I don't care if he won every Super Bowl up until the last 5. He left the team so devoid of talent that they have the inside track for the number 1 pick this year and were in line for it last year. That is worthy of derision. No one gives anyone with a ring as much **** as you guys give Bill. Not Payton or Loomis. So that's where I'm going. And that's not how it works anywhere else.
Fans are critical of Bill because of the potential he, Tom and the team’s had. Although they won 6, they left a lot on the table. No team has had as many Super Bowl opportunities like the Pats had in the that 20 year span.No one gives anyone with a ring as much **** as you guys give Bill. Not Payton or Loomis. So that's where I'm going. And that's not how it works anywhere else.
My point is more about the wallowing in misery post firing. And there is no way they carry on like you guys do. Maybe it's equivalent but can't be more there aren't enough hours in the day. That’s surprising to see. I’m sure he gets more criticism from Saints fans than you think as they had some rough drafts over the years.
Wait so you're trying to say Bill winning 6 with Tom and still left more on the table than Payton winning 1 with Brees? The pretzels you guys will twist yourselves in is insane.Fans are critical of Bill because of the potential he, Tom and the team’s had. Although they won 6, they left a lot on the table. No team has had as many Super Bowl opportunities like the Pats had in the that 20 year span.
That’s like if the Chicago Bulls only won 1 or 2 titles in the 90’s. They’d would be highly criticized by their fans.
I really don’t care for Payton and Brees because they flamed out after 2009 and had a short lived resurgence in 2017 which didn’t result in anything.
That’s why nobody cares. The Saints weren’t at the Pats level. My point is more about the wallowing in misery post firing. And there is no way they carry on like you guys do. Maybe it's equivalent but can't be more there aren't enough hours in the day.
Oh and how many rings does Payton have and how long ago?
Again, nobody cares about Payton and Brees.Wait so you're trying to say Bill winning 6 with Tom and still left more on the table than Payton winning 1 with Brees? The pretzels you guys will twist yourselves in is insane.
So maybe Bill should have been given 6 times the leeway Payton got. That’s why nobody cares. The Saints weren’t at the Pats level.
He could have been fired (surprised he wasn't’) during a stretch they had missed the playoffs 4 out 5 years with no playoff victories. It was in 2017 where he finally hit on a draft pick.
It was just a recent example pick any SB winning coach/QB combo you want and those fan bases all glorify their guys while you guys only are interested in tearing down Bill.Again, nobody cares about Payton and Brees.
I’ve already made it clear Bill shouldn’t have been fired and was thrown under the bus by Kraft as Payton hanging around as an example. So maybe Bill should have been given 6 times the leeway Payton got.
Most fans are critical of their teams. Just not the way Pats fans are because they were legitimate Super Bowl contenders almost every year.It was just a recent example pick any SB winning coach/QB combo you want and those fan bases all glorify their guys while you guys only are interested in tearing down Bill.
Well then my apologies for lumping you in with the others.I’ve already made it clear Bill shouldn’t have been fired and was thrown under the bus by Kraft as Payton hanging around as an example.

Had Tom not played past 35 where most QB’s prior to the rule changes crap out, then they would’ve been stuck at 3 and the criticism would be been even worse.
Somehow it probably wouldn't have been worse.Had Tom not played past 35 where most QB’s prior to the rule changes crap out, then they would’ve been stuck at 3 and the criticism would be been even worse.
Saying Bill had a few poor drafts and did a poor job on the field the last couple of seasons= "tearing down Bill". OkIt was just a recent example pick any SB winning coach/QB combo you want and those fan bases all glorify their guys while you guys only are interested in tearing down Bill.
Mike Tomlin will probably be a HOF coach someday. I think you'd be surprised to see how critical Steelers fans are of him, much more critical than anyone is of Bill here.It was just a recent example pick any SB winning coach/QB combo you want and those fan bases all glorify their guys while you guys only are interested in tearing down Bill.
As if that is all you are doing.Saying Bill had a few poor drafts and did a poor job on the field the last couple of seasons= "tearing down Bill". Ok
Actually yeah that is all I'm doing and I doubt anyone else is doing anything different either. As if that is all you are doing.
