That's not exactly the point I was making but noted.This idea that legacy is defined by how others think of us is crazy.
I live in Buffalo and I can tell you the fans are so despondent at the quarter century of losing that they have lost their minds.
So you might as well say, "Your legacy is defined by the levels of insanity of your foes. The more insane they are, the worse your legacy."
But also yes regardless of insanity levels popularity especially outside of your home market does play a large part in the perception of your legacy.
