He's not washed, arguably this is the best situation he's ever been in. The best QB he's ever played with prior to this in the NFL is Deshaun Watson... If you've seen any Titans games you'd see Hopkins doing his best but the team just sucks ass and no rostered QB is close to good. I bet he will be productive for KC if he stays healthy.
