Bring in Josh McDaniels in an offensive consultant role.

I think with these moves and the maturation of Drake we can sneak in playoffs 9 and 8 10 and 7.

If we do nothing fire Mayo and hire McDaniels or Ben Johnson as head coach next year.

You don’t seem to understand that MacDaniels and Van Pelt run different offenses, and I have zero interest in going back to Erhardt-Perkins. I’m fine with getting rid of Van Pelt at the end of the season, but they need to stick with the Shanahan West Coast offense.

I call you out because you are lying about your draft position, and you don’t know what you are talking about. You were begging for them to take McCarthy, then instantly changed your username when they took Maye, and said it was just because you want to support the team, when in truth it was too try and look like you wanted Maye all along. A lot of people aren't into the first things that pop in their mind and have the most posts. There were people that looked at the OL and were concerned. But luckily they picked up BB, the 2nd coming of David Andrews. Problems solved.
