I know he was difficult as a person, but I loved Pete Rose. Effort, contact, intensity, winning…. The gambling was def a major, major flaw. But his desire as a player was top notch. And the guy played so many positions. And switch hitter to boot.

First, the Denver defense was awesome. Our offense as currently constructed, will have minus offensive numbers against them. They were hitting, stacking up the OL, making tackles at or behind the line of scrimmage or in the backfield. JETS had a lot of penalties, false start, linemen downfield, motion. Today, Saleh publicly cited Rodgers cadence as too difficult for the offense to respond to. Rodgers said how about improving the players performance and not blaming his cadence. Too bad no on posts the back pages of the NY papers anymore.
