And Purdy sacked and fumbled right after new LT beatTrent Williams injured now
Pats not as bad as against Jets not as good as against bengals. They will lose but cover
I can't understand why Miami has not already traded for Mac Jones. Not sure if anyone caught this, but apparently Skylar Thompson got hurt in the Miami game and has a chest injury. So they’re now down to 3rd stringer Tim Boyle at QB most likely for the week 5 game in Gillette.
Hell no. He better be light years better than Purdy.would you fellas be happy if maye is like purdy in 3-4 years?
I think Maye has more upside. I think Maye processes as well as Purdy and is much more athletic. The key is how well Maye processes, I am not able to reliably judge that.would you fellas be happy if maye is like purdy in 3-4 years?
Yeah this is where I am at. Based on what I have seen, Maye SHOULD be processing about as well as Purdy, and is a far better athlete. But the emphasis is on “SHOULD” because it’s all theoretical until he goes out and does it.I think Maye has more upside. I think Maye processes as well as Purdy and is much more athletic. Nah there’s no blueprint everyone already knows what Brissett can and can’t do he’s been in the league long enough. The Jets D front is also a bad matchup for most teams. The JETS showed the NFL how to defend the Pats. Week 1, when there was no tape, is immaterial at this point. Don't forget how Mac Jones collapsed at the end of his rookie season because every team similarly adjusted their defense. Mac could not adjust. Same thing here. Can the OL and Brissett adjust to the JETS blueprint? Not a chance.
NO! I expect much better .would you fellas be happy if maye is like purdy in 3-4 years?
They adjusted to him. Number 1, he was jittery in the pocket, so they knew he was gutless. Number 2, the flooded the middle of the field because he wouldn't throw an out. The guy is really a bad QB, and it's easy to adjust to him.Nah there’s no blueprint everyone already knows what Brissett can and can’t do he’s been in the league long enough. Also nobody “adjusted” to Jones. He hit the rookie wall in 21 but his second half of the season wasn’t as bad as people say it was. After that BB’s ridiculous coaching hires made sure he never got to that level again.
