Gronk: Mayo was the Brady of the defense

We dont need the Brady of defense with the 31st ranked offense in the NFL.

We need the Lawrence Taylor of offense.

Absolutely agree. I feel that will help him as he continues to acclimate to being a HC.. you have to start somewhere no coach even Bill came into the job in the very beginning with all the answers.
BB was held back by Tuna so he could keep him under his thumb. BB was smart to get away.

None of us know how Mayo will do but he sure seems to have the respect of other players. I like that.

What are you smoking? He was an excellent head coach. ECFs twice, then the Finals in his 3rd and final year. 69% win percentage. With a small market team…
Bird lasted 3 whole seasons and won zero championships.

One of my favorite Bird memories was when he was at the side of the lane with his back to the basket and he'd zip a pass back over his shoulder right by the defender's ear to a streaking Parish or McHale.

Your reply is the most disingenuous weasel post I’ve ever read here. It’s really a new low. You got called on your BS post, but instead of manning up and admitting your laughably obvious error, you double down. Pathetic. Zero integrity. Don’t bother replying. I’m ignoring you because you aren’t worth my time.

I agree. That's huge! This generation of players mayo, like Ryan's is the best fit.. for an array of reasons.

I'll even take the Carl banks of the offense, anything better that last few seasons..
