Klemm coached 3 seasons with the Steelers before serving 1 season at Oregon before returning to the NFL.

BOB is a nobody without a Watson or a Brady.
Hard to argue that... and on Klemm he's done nothing noteworthy in his NFL coaching career.. may as well return to college.

Klemm is a college O line coach not an NFL coach. BOB took over a practice squad offense and a distress asset for a QB.

Interesting. What's the difference, specifically?

This happens to the majority of QBs in that OL sucks/full breakdown scenario BTW - it's only the really special ones that have the golfers mentality of "on to the next hole" even if they get full on "punched in the face" sack wise over and over.
Federer, the GOAT of tennis, was like that. He wore his opponents down with his mental toughness. Nothing bothered him. Stafford has taken a lot of big hits, especially 2014-2018, and it never seemed to affect him mentally.
Also why the OL is critical. Every QB takes shots, but rapid fire, uncontested full on slams (sometimes blindside ones as well) will rattle 90% of QBs - this can't be allowed to happen to the new early pick.
1000% agree. We’ve no clue how this OL will perform yet. It’s beyond stupid to throw Maye out there early in the season.

The 2016 AFC Championship @ denver.. and dare I say it... the undefeated season ... the pressure was just to much for the O line to handle.. both games..

That season's game should've been played in Foxborough by all rights... Pats had multiple chances to ensure of its happening...

Camp this season will tell us alot. Going up against this defense every day in camp will be diff for all the QBs.. so the QB who is most talented in wich believe is Drake will be able to make the tough throws against tight man coverage. As peppers said they want to make it as tough on thier QBs as possible as it will only strengthen thier game.
Good point, if they can score on this defense they'll be pretty good.

We folded like a dollar store lawn cheap down the stretch after starting 10-0

Yes. I just love the overall attitude of this team. Guys on offense are talking just as hard nosed as the guys on defense. Love it

Extreme pressure will cause even the greatest of QBs to panic sometimes. It could even force one of those greats into intentional grounding for a safety during the first offensive series in the SB.
I lost 100K on that play because I didn't get an intended $100 bet in because I was running around getting my SB square numbers. The odds were 1000-1.

One side of the offensive line is still a big question mark, not sure Wolf and co fixed anything in the draft or free agency there but we'll see.

Ouch. Double kick in the stones.

Brady's high ankle sprain limited Tom's amazing ability to move within the pocket, and he was much more susceptible to the pressure up the middle. Result-Pats finish one game short of absolute perfection

Ugh.. I know. Yes he got that the last game of the season against giants. I believe he got hit low on that pass to randy to make 23 TDs. I don't even remember Wes being involved much that game. Wes normal eats off heavy pressure teams.

Yeah. That's why this camp is very interesting to say the least. I'll say this if Maye day wich I expect looks that part and plays all pro levels this season.. we'd not hear a peep about the line.. great QB negates alot.

I think the league persecution and threats of congressional action against the Pats, along with the sabotage by John Tomase, played a bigger role than Brady’s ankle.

The chance to make history of an undefeated season was pressure enough, these other distractions tipped the scales.

They were also an unconscionable attack.

Let’s see how the Chiefs do when they have these additional unwarranted distractions to deal with.

A bad OLine kept Burrow from winning a championship at least twice and got him hurt twice… QB’s fix bad teams is a fallacy.

We had subpar lines over the years brady was just the equalizer for basically everything. Bad drafts, signing, coaching whatever.. I've adopted your point on a great QB. He brung us to championship games.. but your right Cincy couldn't protect him in the superbowl.. otherwise they could have easily won.
