Cargile going could hurt.
I saw a podcast where someone said that scouts could leave shortly after Wolf was promoted.

Steve Cargile, the Patriots Pro Scouting Director, is not returning. Perhaps Cargile was disappointed that he was not given one of the interviews for the Executive Vice President of Player Personnel. This leaves an opportunity for someone with the organization to receive a promotion.

While I agree with logic from the comment above, that Cargile's departure could hurt, conversely the Pro Scouting department doesn't exactly have many laurels to rest their case on from the last few years. Whether that's on them, Belichick, or something else, who knows for sure. I just don't imagine that there is a lot of interest (or openings) in this part of the year for scouts from a 4-13 team.

Juju now: I was 60% last season

Juju heading into week 1 last season:
"It feels great. I haven’t missed practice since (training camp started).”

Smith-Schuster chalked up the news to a reporter “trying to find a story . . . that’s how the world works, right?”

Cargile going could hurt.

Doubt it. The dude was one of Bill’s in-bred sycophants and was part of the problem there, same as Al Groh’s kid, who I am Very disappointed is still in the building. Don’t want someone already there to be promoted either; I want someone from the Outside to be given his job.
