There was no replacing DMac, but was hopeful when Mills came over he could at least be groomed into taking on more of those responsibilities. Just never really felt like he settled in with a role where he was used.

Don’t sweat it. He’s an experienced player who improved while here, but they need younger, faster DBs.

Sorry to see him go. He was a good and versatile player. A better CB than I expected, but not the elite FS I thought he'd be. Overall, one of the more productive signings from that FA class of 21. But I'm not going to mourn his loss
