Hold on a run is easily the worst post snap penalty. At least on a pass you are avoiding a possible sack, strip sack, QB injury... On a run you are losing 10 yards on a play that averages 4 yards.
Zappe should have had two picks, completed 42.9% of his passes, and was sacked twice in the first quarter. You think it is possible to play worse than that?
