QB Controversy in New York ...

Wednesday’s are always a slow football talk day, even in NY.

No dog in the fight, but the Gmen ought to stick with Devito and see what they have with the rookie. I know he’s undersized being Danny’s kid and all, but the Giants don’t have anything to really play for so there’s no reason look at Taylor. The whole league knows he’s a stop gap guy at this point in his career.

Let me guess, Draft MHJ and bring back Mac?

I'm not against drafting MHJ but I'm definitely against bringing back Mac. Trade him for a 5th or 6th, go back into the first round by giving up next year's #1 if that means you can draft LSU's Daniels, and sign Kevin Cousins for 2 yrs and $30m.

After experiencing the QB play around here the last few seasons. Cousins would be a revalation as a bridge QB. I'm not expecting much from Zapp, like Mac he is what he is.

Riley Reiff won't be returning this year. I don't know how much he had left but you can't help but wonder how much better the OL could have been with him at RT and Onwenu back to RG. At least Sow is getting reps.
